Kirsten arrived last night with her brother Christian, wearing a pale silvery blue Chanel gown featuring delicate sequins and feathers at the hem. Kirsten’s gown, slightly unusual, had a prim collar with a sheer lace and revealing skirt. She looked radiant and sophisticated as our classic Ms. Dunst always does.Congratulations to the COSTUME DESIGNERS of ‘Marie Antoinette’ for winning their Academy Award at last nights Oscars… well deserved.Kirsten went ‘green’ and as heart-throb Leonardo DiCaprio set the mood for the evening by arriving for the red carpet parade at the Kodak Theatre in a Toyota Prius, the most popular hybrid car on the US market which is powered by electricity and gasoline. Other celebrities to join them in favoring green transportation over gas-guzzling stretch limos and sports utility vehicles included Penelope Cruz, Forest Whitaker, Nicole Kidman and Gwyneth Paltrow.John and I will be adding images throughout the day, for now just a handful for you to see, over in the gallery.
