On saturday April 25th, Invisible Children is hosting a world wide event called “The Rescue”. There, the international community will unite to deliver the innocent of Northern Uganda , from a rebel leader named Joseph Kony, and bring his brutal crimes to justice. They will be asking the governments all around the world to create a strategy and rescue these child soldiers of Northern Uganda . To symbolize the child soldiers, the youth all over the globe will abduct themselves to free the abducted. They will then wait until they are ‘rescued’. Actresses Kirsten Dunst & Kristen Bell will be attending the Los Angeles leg of the event where they will be ‘rescuing’ abductees.
