Poor Kiki...
A "Spider-Man" fan was busted Sunday night for allegedly breaking into the swanky Soho Grand suite of the superhero's celluloid gal pal, Kirsten Dunst , and helping a buddy rob her pad. James Jimenez, 33, a Manhattan auto mechanic with a lengthy rap sheet, was charged with burglary and grand larceny after showing up at the First Precinct to talk to cops and his lawyer, police said.

He's accused of helping Jarrod Beinerman slip into Dunst's penthouse Aug. 9 and swipe her $13,000 Marc Jacobs handbag, $2,500 in cash, cameras and an iPod. Beinerman was busted last week and may have fingered his buddy. Dunst, who plays Spidey's love interest in the "Spider-Man" flicks, wasn't home at the time of the heist. Jimenez's lawyer, John Bostany, told The Post that his client denies knowing anything about the theft.

John has been adding some rare HQ promotional stills from some of Kirsten's earlier movies (Dick, The Virgin Suicides, Luckytown and All Forgotten), Plus some new candid sets.

Party Girl Rumors?
Three families in Kirsten Dunst's new neighbourhood in north London have reportedly written to Islington Council to complain about the Hollywood hellraiser's late night parties. The actress, who has moved into a two million-pound house in Islington, is said to have earned notoriety in the area due to her partying ways.

"Kirsten isn't very popular in Islington at the moment. The locals are incensed that she's changing the tone of the area. She's started spending nights in the local pub by herself chatting to the locals," the Daily Mail quoted a well-placed source as saying.

"When closing time comes she invites them all round to her house to continue the party. But it seems the noise levels and people coming and going at all hours is getting to her neighbours," added the source.

Dunst's neighbours are now hoping that the authorities will soon take a necessary action to sort out their troubles. "They've had enough and apparently three families have written a petition to the council in the hope they'll take some action," said the source.

"Where they live used to be a peaceful neighbourhood but now they think it is like party central," the source added. However, officials at Islington Council have yet not confirmed that people have approached them with any complaints against Dunst. "We cannot confirm or deny these complaints," said the council. Kirsten Dunst is fast becoming an honorary Brit.
These days Kirsten is almost a permanent fixture in the big smoke. As we know she has been busy filming 'How To Lose Friends And Alienate People', while Johnny is off trawling the festival circuit.

Co-producer Toby Young, who also wrote the book the film is based on, told People: "I think she has really fallen in love with London." According to the mag, the Spider-Man actress has ventured all over, from super-cool clubs in Soho, such as The Groucho, to the good ol' East End, visiting the Dalston Jazz Bar in Hackney.

Perhaps she should stay put in the latter, as the film's producer, Stephen Woolley, says he doesn't want Kirsten to become a chi-chi snobby type. He said of casting her: "It was important we didn't find someone too glamorous, and she had to have a sense of humour."

Kirstin has also apparently provided a roof to her boyfriend Johnny Borrell, after the collapse of the singer's pad. The couple had been considering moving in together, but things moved faster than they initially planned, after the Razorlight frontman found his home ruined following his tour.

A main wall inside his home in Camden, North London, had collapsed leaving the place looking like a "bombsite". Johnny is said to be so sick and tired of the whole thing that he wants to get rid of the place all in all.

And sources have claimed that Borrell and the Spider-Man actress have already decided on a 5million pound townhouse nearby.

"The damage was the final straw for Johnny. As well as the physical damage and the place looking like a bombsite, guitars and some of his record collection was damaged. He wasn't a happy man, to say the least," the Mirror quoted a source, as saying.

"But he has been thinking about moving in with Kirsten for some time and is looking forward to them setting up home together," the source added...
