I've added to the gallery 20 pics of Kirsten at the amfAR "Cinema Against AIDS" benefit gala on thursday.

Kirsten & actor James Franco appeared on French TV programme "Le Grand Journal" yesterday to promote their short films "Bastard" & "The Clerk's Tale". You can watch their appearance on the show here.

Kirsten also attended last nights "amfAR Cinema Against AIDS" benefit gala & we'll be adding pics to the gallery later today.

Zentropa Productions confirmed today that Kirsten has definitely signed on for their upcoming film "Melancholia". Actor John Hurt has also signed on & completes an impressive looking cast. Filming is scheduled to start in Trollhattan, Sweden on July 19th.

I've added to the gallery a lovely pic of Kirsten on the filmset of "Bastard" & a promotional still for the film.

It looks like Kirsten will be attending the Cannes Film Festival next week. She is on the guest-list for the "amfAR Cinema Against Aids" charity event being held in Cannes on May 20th. Kirstens short film "Bastard" is also being screened on May 20th as part of Cannes Critics' Week & she will presumably attend the screening.
